Studio Lodha set to design London homes for GCC buyers

LONDON, March 6, 2023

Studio Lodha, a leading UK design house which has dressed more than 30 apartments in London, said it is launching exclusively to GCC buyers in the capital with several large-scale projects scheduled for this summer following big demand from its clientele.

First launched in 2018, Studio Lodha has been designing private spaces and residences at London’s finest residential address, No.1 Grosvenor Square.

Via an extensive network of suppliers, bespoke furniture makers and skilled artisans, Studio Lodha is able to deliver extraordinary residences quickly and to an exacting standard, said the statement from the company.

Due to the popularity of the studio and demand from friends and family of Lodha UK residents Studio Lodha is now launching as a public practice, available to homeowners across Europe, it stated.

Blandine de Navacelle, Founder of Studio Lodha and Creative Director at Lodha UK, said: "Studio Lodha is the product of our on-going commitment to our customers. Over the past four years we have helped purchasers envisage their dream home at a Lodha UK development."

Lodha UK is one of London’s most active prime residential property developers with £1.9 billion worth of properties under development or has been completed.

With an established and influential presence in the global property market, Lodha UK’s projects include No.1 Grosvenor Square, Lincoln Square and Holland Park Gate (Kensington Odeon).

"My team’s knowledge and expertise has been invaluable to these buyers, and we regularly receive requests from clients looking for interior design advice for their country house, chalet or children’s first home," remarked Blandine.

He pointed out that the Studio Lodha aesthetic is defined by touches of bold colour and luxurious textures, complimented by an eclectic mix of bespoke furniture, antique finds, and renowned designer brands.

This approach ensures that each home is truly unique and reflects the individual’s personal style and taste, as well as meeting their lifestyle needs, he noted.

"Expanding Studio Lodha’s remit to include residences outside of Lodha UK’s London collection will allow us bring our unique skillset, vision and architectural creativity to homes around Europe," said  Blandine.

Studio Lodha team, he stated, spends significant time with each client - whether designing the main residence for a large family or helping a frequent traveller with a new pied-a-terre - thus ensuring their lifestyle preferences and needs are met through innovative, creative design and use of space.

The practice has been particularly popular with international buyers, who can often struggle to manage a complex design and fit-out process from overseas, he added.

Both No.1 Grosvenor Square and Holland Park Gate have been popular with buyers from GCC, many of whom Blandine and her team have worked closely with.

Blandine said: "The families I work with from the Middle East spend a large amount of time travelling. It is incredibly helpful for them to know that someone safe and trusted is overseeing the design and fit-out of their new home."

"This process can be lengthy and time-consuming, particularly if managed from abroad. Studio Lodha makes sure everything runs smoothly, and clients know that we understand the level finish, quality and execution that they expect," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
