Oil markets oversupplied, demand weak, says Kuwait
Kuwait:

Kuwait's oil minister said on Wednesday that oil markets are oversupplied and demand is weak, and he expressed doubt that OPEC would raise output in the near future.

He also said Kuwait would like to see closer compliance from OPEC producers with agreed output cuts.-Reuters
