Ajman firm unveils $408m Boulevard project
Dubai

A member of Ajman Holding, aaproperty.ae, has announced the launch of The Boulevard, Ajman; a $408 million mixed use master development marketed and sold through Gowealthy.com, the region’s global property and lifestyle brand.

Ajman Holding is a leading property developer of exceptional projects in the Middle East.

Targeting young professionals and families, The Boulevard, Ajman will offer prospective home owners and investor’s functional and elegant residential accommodation, as well as a dynamic business environment and modern office facilities, said a company official.

“We have a very clear vision for The Boulevard, Ajman in line with our ambitions for Ajman, not only in offering the ideal freehold investment opportunity but also in its enviable location – on Emirates Road and close to untouched, pristine beaches,” said Dr Yahya Haddad, the CEO of Ajman Holdings.

"This signature development in Ajman will see the construction of 14 residential and commercial towers, world class hotel and conference facility and a retail shopping mall offering the leading popular brands, boutique shops and chic cafes," he added.

The development offers attractively priced residential units with studios starting from just Dh191,500 ($52,137) and a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom residential apartments including stunning duplex penthouses offering a vista across the entire project.

“Partnering with Gowealthy.com was just as important to us as we needed to partner with a successful and leading property marketing and sales consultancy that could share and understand our vision.”

Located on the Emirates Road just 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 10 minutes from Sharjah International Airport, The Boulevard Ajman provides spacious and affordable residential units and high level amenities that investors and home owners would expect from such a master development.
The 170,000 sq ft, 3-level shopping mall will join the hotel to offer a central leisure and shopping zone offering a spa, roof gardens, and a vast food court. The project also features fine dining; fully equipped health clubs and rooftop swimming pools and a 5 level podium parking facility accommodating 3,300 vehicles.

It will also facilitate high speed internet and cable TV to each unit and contain 24 hour security to provide complete peace of mind.

The two dominant commercial towers consist of 29 floors plus two facilities floors whilst the residential towers vary in height between 10 and 20 floors - each residential and commercial tower will feature its own health club facilities.

“This is a first rate opportunity for the discerning investor or home buyer looking to establish themselves in an up and coming emirate. said Peter Penhall, chief executive of Gowealthy.com.-TradeArabia News Service
