Dubai developer Deyaar on Sunday said it was not in merger talks, following reports that it was discussing a tie-up with Union Properties.

"This is to inform you that, contrary to certain media reports, Deyaar Development has not initiated merger discussions with any other company," it said in a statement on the bourse website.-Reuters
