New LG service centre opens in Jeddah

United Yousef M Naghi Co., one of the largest distributors of LG Electronics products in Saudi Arabia, has opened a new service centre in Jeddah.

The opening ceremony was attended by president of United Naghi Sheikh Ammar Naghi, president of LGME K B Sung and general manager of LG Electronics in Saudi Arabia Simon Lee.

Located in the Telecompu Mall on Jeddah's well-known Palestine Street, the new service centre will be the stand-alone headquarters of the company's service network, with support from its customer information center, which was established in 2006.

With the centre being linked to the company's other departments through an online network, customers can now call a toll-free number: 800-244-2929, to get state-of-the-art service for their LG appliances, said an official spokesman.

All customer calls are backed by a promise to receive a response within 24 hours. Besides that, the support of 36 well-equipped vehicles operating as mobile workshops with 92 thoroughly trained technicians will provide the first-class service that United Naghi feels their customers deserve.

“The Saudi market is saturated with companies that have no after-sales service, leaving consumers with little or no help.  At United Naghi we know that the consumer is making a long-term investment in their home appliances; this is just one more way of showing our customers that we are dedicated to giving our customers the highest level of service” said Ammar Naghi.

Customers who visit the service centre will be welcomed into an inviting atmosphere.  The waiting room is equipped with a sophisticated home theater system for guests to enjoy while their appliances are being serviced.

In addition to the spacious workshop, the centre's total area of 1,200 square meters also includes a well-sorted training school and a large storage facility for spare parts to cut down on the turnaround time for repairs. – TradeArabia News Service
