Huawei launches new videoconference system

Dubai, November 25, 2013

Huawei, a global leader in ICT, along with Optimus, a leading value added distributor (VAD) in the region, has launched the Huawei TE30, an all-in-one high definition (HD) videoconferencing system, in the Middle East.

Built in with a camera, codec and microphone, TE30 is a breakthrough technology with a clean design and major improvements in functionality and user experience.

Installation and deployment can be completed in just five minutes, allowing conference callers to enjoy a smoother high definition experience of 720p and 1080 resolution. The newly added support for voice dialling is further testament to Huawei TE30's super ease-of-use and flexibility when it comes to organising a meeting, making it ideal for users with small-to-medium-sized conference rooms looking to conduct video conference calls, a statement said.

“Huawei TE30 is the world's first all-in-one built-in HD video conferencing system to support voice dialling. With a design that takes minutes to set up, Huawei is leading the way forward in enterprise video communication, providing users with greater convenience, improved quality video experience that requires very low bandwidth to operate,” said Dong Wu, president, Huawei Enterprise, Middle East.

Huawei and Optimus will organize a road show in the region, with the first stop in Kuwait on November 25.  The road show will continue to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Pakistan and other countries over the coming months.  - TradeArabia News Service
