Etihad Airways has extended its codeshare agreement with Brussels Airlines of Belgium, following which it has launched new services to destinations in Scandinavia, a report said.
The deal will see the airline place its two-letter 'EY' code on Brussels Airlines' flights to Oslo in Norway, Stockholm and Gothenburg in Sweden, Helsinki in Finland and Copenhagen in Denmark, from Brussels, according to the Gulf News report.
It will also enable Scandinavian air travellers to get access to Abu Dhabi and nearly 50 destinations on Etihad's global network, which covers the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and North America, via Brussels.
Etihad will fly four times a week to Brussels.
