Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has crafted a range of exciting experiences to mark the 44th Bahrain National Day this month.

The hotel’s culinary team has prepared an array of mouth-watering brunch choices on December 16 and 17 at Bahrain Bay Kitchen - a lively indoor-outdoor restaurant with an open kitchen and active cooking stations.

The National Day Brunch buffet features a great variety of festive dishes with an accent of Arabic classics. Divided into five live cooking stations including Arabic, Western, Chinese, Japanese and Indian cuisines, guests can enjoy the restaurant’s lively atmosphere while pampering their taste buds with a myriad of great flavours.

Guest are welcome to taste favourite local and regional dishes such as the beef harees, the chicken mathroba, the mouth-watering fried Sultan Ibrahim, sayadieh, or the Bahraini lamb ouzi. The very popular Bahraini halwa, um ali as well as the sweet dumpling called luqaymat will put a sweet ending to the National Day celebrations at Bahrain Bay Kitchen.

International Brunch - December 17, served from 12:30 until 3:30 pm, is priced at BD25 ($64.2) including soft beverages, and BHD 32 including an extended beverage package

For those having a sweet tooth, the chefs at the hotel’s Wolfgang Puck restaurants have prepared a sweet surprise accompanying every lavish meal on December 16 and 17.  Guest will enjoy tasting the sticky toffee date cake as compliments from the chefs at CUT by Wolfgang Puck and at re/Asian Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck.

The hotel’s little guests will enjoy the National Day celebrations in the Kids For All Seasons Club, where they can enhance their DIY skills in making flags, immerse in face painting, drawing competitions, Bahraini storytelling, history quiz competitions and many more fun and educative activities.

This National Day, to convey a true Bahraini spirit, the hotel will put on its festive national gown and let the 201-m tall landmark structure illuminate in sparkling red and white colours.

The National Day lights will be in place from December 15 to 18, all night long from 6:00 pm.
