New complex general manager for two Sharjah Sheraton hotels

SHARJAH, July 26, 2017

Marriott International has welcomed Dany Dagher as the complex general manager for the Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa and Four Points by Sheraton Sharjah, which is scheduled to open later this year.

In his new role, Dagher will be responsible for the overall management of both properties. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Dagher has worked with various hotel groups across three continents and has extensive knowledge and skills in both pre-opening and operating properties.
 
A Canadian national, Dagher began his career in Toronto, Canada at the Westin Prince Hotel after obtaining his Culinary Management Diploma from George Brown College. He subsequently moved to Aerostar Hotel, Moscow as executive sous chef before moving to Sheraton Lisbon Hotel & Towers, Lisbon as the executive chef and director of Food & Beverage. Dagher has been in Dubai since 2004 when he joined the Sheraton Jumeira Beach Resort as director of F&B before being promoted to general manager of the property in 2009.  
 
Dagher brings a refreshing commitment to the food and beverage offering at the complex. He has a proven track record of being a visionary leader working closely with his team in delivering unparalleled level of service and creating memorable guest experiences.
