Gulf Air marks Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

MANAMA, October 2, 2018

Taking part and highlighting the Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Gulf Air - in collaboration with Child's Wish Society - welcomed 22 little heroes to its headquarters and its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

The children spent the day with the airline's top management and a number of crew members, took part in activities and experienced the new aircraft.

As the national carrier of Bahrain, and an integral national infrastructure asset, Gulf Air prides itself on having a special connection with the Bahraini community, and is involved in various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives with a number of local organisations – reinforcing its commitment to being a responsible entity and reaching out to those in need, the airline said in a statement. - TradeArabia News Service
