Dassault's ultra widebody business jet to take flight in 2021

PARIS, July 31, 2019

French aircraft manufacturer Dassault Aviation is set to begin production of its highly anticipated Falcon 6X business jet following the completion of its critical design review, said a report.

The ultra widebody business jet will feature a cabin that will stretch 8.5 feet across and have 6.5 feet of headroom, said a report in American Luxury Magazine.

The spacious cabin is designed to provide areas for privacy and relaxation as well as common areas where teams can meet and confer.

Other highlights include lush individual seats and three lounge spaces and a range that will take passengers from Los Angeles to Geneva or Beijing to San Francisco without stopping to refuel.

The jet’s maiden flight is scheduled for 2021, with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2022, it said.
