JEDDAH, August 12, 2020

Jeddah’s hotel industry reported improved but low performance levels during the month of July, said a report from STR -a global marketplace insights provider for the hospitality sector.

Based on preliminary data for the month, Jeddah hotels posted a 57.9 per cent dip in occupancy levels to 32.1 per cent, with average daily rate (ADR) dropping 36.8 per cent to SR769.35 ($204.8) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) declining 73.4 per cent  to SAR247.17 ($65.8)
