The Merchant House, Bahrain's first 5-star boutique hotel, has appointed Ganesh Chalangodan as its new F&B director. 

 

Chalangodan will lead the hotel's food and beverage division with new ideas and inspiration, with plans to offer exciting dining concepts while ensuring that guests continue to receive the best food and beverage experience when dining at the hotel.

 

With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, Chalangodan has held key management positions with some of the finest hotels in India and Maldives before joining The Merchant House family.  

 

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Tourism and Hospitality from Brussels University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Science and Catering Management from Bharathiar University in Coimbatore, India.  Also, He has a long list of accomplishments to his name, including Best Food & Beverage Manager of the Year and Leader of the Year 2019.
