Jordinvest distributes 40 computers to schools
Amman:

Jordan Investment Trust (Jordinvest), a leading provider of comprehensive investment and financial services, has renewed its support for the Madrasati Initiative by distributing 40 desktop computers across five schools in the kingdom.

Launched last year by Queen Rania Al Abdullah, Madrasati seeks to renovate the infrastructure of more than 500 public schools across the kingdom. The initiative is a collaboration between both private and public sectors and civil societies, all of whom have joined forces to create a better learning environment for future generations.

'Jordinvest firmly believes that the private sector has a major role to play in supporting initiatives geared toward the betterment of its surrounding community, particularly those that tackle education reform,' said Jordinvest's CEO Ahmad Tantash.

Last year, Jordinvest contributed to the Madrasati Initiative in an agreement signed with the Jordan River Foundation, which saw the company donate JD20,000 to a primary school in Abu Alanda.-TradeArabia News Service
