Tashyeed Properties has signed a contract with Syscon Trading & Mechanical Services as the supplier of Sukoon Tower's elevator system.

Syscon Trading & Mechanical Services represents Mitsubishi Elevators in Bahrain.

Sukoon Tower, a forty-five floor luxury residential tower project in Juffair, will have eight high speed state-of-the-art elevators, to meet the needs of the residents as well as visitors to the tower.

The elevator system will be designed in such manner that it minimises the waiting time, in addition to being equipped with the latest safety features that meet the international safety measures.

'Tashyeed Properties has taken every step to ensure the safety of the elevators at all times that coincides with the quality and standard of Sukoon Tower,' said Tashyeed Properties managing director and chief executive officer Redha Rajab.

'One elevator has been allocated for the use of fireman and one for service use for the 592 apartments. Another two elevators will be used for VIP purposes using a sophisticated system that provides greater feasibility to those living on the higher floors.'

'We are delighted to provide our services to Sukoon Tower, and we have taken all measures to ensure that the quality of the elevators is in-line with the Mitsubishi reputation,' said Syscon Trading & Mechanical Services chairman Hassan Zainalabedin.
