World Travel Tech Awards – the global initiative to recognise and reward excellence in the travel tech sector – has unveiled the winners of its 2025 programme at a glittering gala reception held in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The finest travel
technology brands from around the world attended the 5th annual World Travel
Tech Awards Gala Ceremony for a night of celebration and industry recognition.
Dubai claimed the
title of ‘World's Best Smart Tourism Destination’ and Qatar Airways won the
coveted title of ‘World's Best Airline Website’, with Hong Kong International
Airport collecting ‘World's Best Airport Website’. Booking.com also celebrated
this year by claiming ‘World's Best Travel Booking App’.
Google Meet was named
‘World's Best Video Conferencing Solution’. Microsoft emerged as ‘World's Best
Travel Technology Provider’, and Msheireb Downtown Doha won ‘World’s Best Smart
Hospitality Project’. Roiback also enjoyed a strong showing, collecting ‘World's
Best Hotel Booking Solutions Provider’. Norwegian Cruise Line won the award for
‘World's Best Cruise Line Website’.
Saudi Tourism
Authority took the title of ‘World's Best Tourism Authority Website’, while
Panasonic Avionics collected the title for ‘World’s Best Inflight Internet
Service Provider’. Antom was hailed as the winner of ‘World’s Best B2B Travel
Payments Provider’. GauVendi claimed ‘World’s Best Hotel Tech Startup’.

The results follow a
year-long search for the world’s leading travel tech brands. Votes were cast by
travel tech professionals and the public, with the nominee gaining the most
votes in a category named as the winner.
