Opulence by Ahlan Arabia 2026, a key event hosted by dnata Representation Services, kicked off at Alila Hinu Bay in Oman's green paradise Salalah bringing together 28 exhibitors of luxury hospitality offering as well as 55 hosted luxury buyers from across the region.
The three-day event, which concludes tomorrow (January 15), is designed around structured, outcomes-driven engagement, featuring 1,680 pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings.
All meetings are curated and pre-qualified to ensure relevance and measurable return on investment for participants, said dnata Representation Services in a statement.

The invitation-only event is witnessing a total attendance of approximately 100 delegates including partners and senior leadership.
According to the organisers, thought leadership will form a core part of the agenda, led by an expert panel discussion titled “Rewriting the Travel Script: The Next Era of Travel & Tourism.”
This insight-driven dialogue is aimed at shaping the future of luxury, experiential, and destination travel, they stated.
The session will focus on the future of luxury, experiential and destination-led travel, complemented by destination presentations integrated into the programme to provide context and narrative depth. Destination presentations are woven throughout the programme, using Salalah as a living backdrop for storytelling and insight.
Networking will extend beyond traditional meeting formats through a “Beyond the Ballroom” concept, including immersive destination dinners and curated social engagements aimed at fostering meaningful dialogue and long-term relationships.
The three-day event includes a hosted welcome dinner, a destination-led museum dining experience, and a gala night finale that will celebrate key partnerships, milestones and shared vision.
