Kuwait-based Alhani Construction & Trading Company has announced that it has been signed up as the main contractor for the Egaila Beach development project – Plage 7, in collaboration with Aayan Real Estate and the Touristic Enterprises Company. 

Spanning nearly 60,000 sq m, the Egaila is a private beach in Kuwait that will feature indoor entertainment facilities, outdoor recreational areas with water attractions, health club facilities, dining destinations, and dedicated spaces for year-round beach activities, said Alhani Construction & Trading Company in its LinkedIn post.

The contracts were inked in the presence of Omar Al-Qattan, Managing Director of Alhani, Khaled Hallak, Chief Executive Officer of Alhani Kuwait, and Ibrahim AlAwadhi CEO of Aayan Real Estate, and Tareq Al-Turkait Project Executive Director.

On the big win, CEO Khaled Hallak said: "Alhani has over 60 years of experience in the field. We have contributed to the successful delivery of numerous prominent cultural, recreational, and vital projects in Kuwait and the region through fast-track construction while maintaining the highest quality standards, including the Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Centre and Shaheed Park (Phases 2 and 3)."
