Modon launches final phase of Tara Park on Reem Island

Modon, a premier Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer and urban planner, has released the final phase of its Tara Park residential project on Al Reem Island, introducing a flexible payment plan aimed at broadening access to homeownership in the UAE capital.

A freehold development, the project features six residential towers connected by a shared podium that will deliver a total of 834 apartments across one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts.

On completion, the development will also include retail outlets, co-working spaces and nurseries, with direct connectivity planned to Reem Mall.

Speaking at the launch, Modon said the last phase is located near two main bridges linking Reem Island to central Abu Dhabi, providing access to the Abu Dhabi Global Market and nearby lifestyle and education hubs, including Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, Repton School Abu Dhabi and The Galleria Al Maryah Island.

Modon said the new offering includes a 40/60 payment plan, with 5% due in 2026, followed by staged payments of 10% annually from 2027 to 2029.

The plan is designed to support first-time buyers and investors seeking exposure to Abu Dhabi’s residential market, it stated.

Modon said the community has been designed with a focus on wellness and active living, featuring a 527-metre running track, gyms, yoga studios, swimming pools and padel courts.

According to Modon, the final phase completes the Tara Park development, which the company said is aimed at a broad range of residents, including professionals, families and investors seeking centrally located housing.

The launch follows strong demand for earlier phases, reflecting continued investor interest in well-connected residential projects in Abu Dhabi, particularly those offering integrated amenities and long-term value, it added.
