STATS Group has announced a major expansion of its North American operations with the opening of a new 80,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Rosenberg, Texas — its first dedicated production site in the US and the largest capital investment in the company’s history.

The facility will produce pipeline fittings, including hot tap and line stop components, and features a modern machine shop designed to support STATS’ proprietary equipment.

The expansion aims to shorten lead times, improve product quality, and meet rising customer demand for locally manufactured solutions in the US energy sector.

Supported by the company’s existing Houston office, the new site strengthens STATS’ end-to-end service capability across North America.

The company said the investment reflects growing demand for faster delivery, greater responsiveness, and enhanced manufacturing control.
