Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national carrier, continued its award-winning streak after securing the titles of Best Economy Class and Best Cabin Crew at the 2026 Business Traveller Middle East Awards in Dubai.

The latest recognition marks the sixth consecutive year the airline has won the Best Cabin Crew award, reflecting sustained customer appreciation for its onboard service and hospitality.

The awards, determined entirely by reader votes and frequent flyer experiences, add to a growing list of honours received by the airline over the past year.

Etihad has now collected more than 30 awards from regional and international industry organisations, including the MENA Stevie Awards, Business Traveller Cellars in the Sky Awards, Aviation Achievement Awards and APEX Best Awards.

Etihad’s food and beverage offering also gained recognition, winning APEX Best Food & Beverage in the Middle East.

Its First Class Champagne and Red Wine earned Silver awards at the Business Traveller Cellars in the Sky Awards.

Beyond passenger services, Etihad Cargo was named Cargo Airline of the Year and received the Air Cargo Pharma Service of the Year award at the Aviation Achievement Awards.

The airline’s innovation initiatives were also recognised at the Mena Stevie Awards, where it won Gold awards for its future-ready contact centre and global chauffeur service, alongside a Silver award for AI-powered service transformation.
