Riyadh-based advisory firm Narrative Shapers has launched a one-stop shop for Saudi-based developers who are looking to grow their sales to non-Saudi buyers.
The firm’s team, which comprises real estate experts who have worked on some of the Kingdom’s gigaprojects as well as for international developers and commercial real estate service providers, will offer support in the areas of sales, marketing and communication to ensure that developers are able to grow their international presence and optimise their sales abroad, said a statement.
The launch of this service follows the announcement in January of a law allowing non-Saudis to purchase and own real estate in the Kingdom. Last week, the country’s council of ministers approved a series of regulations related to the law.
Foreign real estate ownership is part of the country’s Vision 2030 programme which seeks to attract foreign investment and make the Kingdom a leader in real estate development by the end of this decade.
The move to open up the market to foreign buyers comes as the Kingdom's real estate sector is experiencing major growth. The real estate market was valued at around $77 billion in 2025 by research firm IMARC Group. This number is expected to double to $141.6 billion by 2034.
“The Kingdom is one of the most attractive real estate markets globally, thanks to the growth of cities such as Riyadh and Jeddah, and the desire of Muslims globally to be able to visit the holy cities of Makkah and Al Madinah,” said Alex Malouf, Managing Partner, Narrative Shapers. “What we are here to do is ensure that Saudi developers have the right sales approach, the best brand recognition, and are engaging with the preferred media in their target markets abroad.”
“Our subject matter experts both know and have worked in the Saudi market. They are also familiar with international buyers, investors, and brokers, and we are bringing to the table a unique service whereby we can help guide developers through every step of their international expansion, from sales and marketing to public relations. We are excited about the potential of the Kingdom’s real estate market, and we are help to help local developers engage with the millions of potential buyers around the world that are interested in buying property in Saudi Arabia." - TradeArabia News Service
