The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) has announced the closure of the August 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The total amount allocated was set at SAR9.518 billion ($2.5 billion), said NDMC in a statement.
The sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches with the first one boasting a size of SAR1.55 billion that wil be maturing in 2031.
NMDC said the second tranche has a size of SAR2.396 billion maturing in 2033, while the third one is of SAR258 million maturing in 2036.
The fourth tranche has a size of SAR4.064 billion maturing in 2039 and the final one has a size of SAR1.250 billion maturing in 2041.
