UAE earns 25 MICHELIN Keys in 2026 hotel selection

The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled its 2026 hotel selection, with the latest listings now available across its platforms, giving travellers access to the year’s hotel recommendations and MICHELIN Key distinctions.

In the UAE, the selection features properties across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, highlighting the country’s expanding hospitality offering.

The 2026 UAE selection includes 83 hotels, comprising 58 selected properties and 25 hotels awarded MICHELIN Keys.

The distinctions include 19 One MICHELIN Key, five Two MICHELIN Key and one Three MICHELIN Key property.

Atlantis The Royal in Dubai retains its position as the UAE’s only Three MICHELIN Key hotel, recognising it as an extraordinary stay.

Dubai accounts for 14 of the 25 Key-awarded properties, including One&Only The Palm, Bvlgari Resort Dubai and The Lana, Dorchester Collection, which each hold Two MICHELIN Keys.

Abu Dhabi features nine Key hotels, led by Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi with Two MICHELIN Keys.

Other recognised properties include Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, ERTH Abu Dhabi Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort and Rosewood Abu Dhabi.

Ras Al Khaimah has two Key properties: The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, awarded Two MICHELIN Keys, and Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort, awarded One MICHELIN Key.

Globally, the MICHELIN Guide’s hotel selection now covers more than 9,400 hotels, including 2,832 MICHELIN Key properties.

These comprise 155 Three-Key, 657 Two-Key and 2,020 One-Key hotels.

More than 2,200 hotels have been added to the global selection since the previous MICHELIN Key announcement in October 2025.

Across Asia and the Middle East, the 2026 selection includes 600 MICHELIN Key hotels, with 173 new Keys and promotions and 34 Three-Key properties.

The regional expansion also brings the MICHELIN Key selection to Mongolia, Myanmar, Armenia and Kazakhstan for the first time.
