Jazeera Airways unveils new dedicated passenger terminal

KUWAIT, May 15, 2018

Low-cost carrier Jazeera Airways today unveiled its new dedicated passenger terminal at Kuwait International Airport.

The new terminal was inaugurated by HH Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah, the Prime Minister of Kuwait, who was given a tour of the the state-of-the-art facility.

The terminal, which was built in 11 months, is the first terminal to be owned, built, and operated by a private airline in the Middle East, thus marking a significant milestone in the development and privatisation of the Middle East aviation system.

Boodai said: “We are honoured by His Highness' visit, and the ongoing support by His Highness and the government as a whole for empowering the private sector towards achieving Kuwait’s vision for the year 2035.”
