Abu Dhabi National Energy Company said its key unit, Taqa Energy Services, has signed an agreement with Sdeira, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group, to implement one of the emirate's largest building retrofit projects at Aryam ICAD Residential City in the UAE capital.
