Leading UAE developer Arada has achieved a key milestone with the sale of a five-bedroom residence at Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai for AED92.5 million ($25 million) to Francis Ngannou, the Cameroonian former UFC heavyweight champion and professional boxer.
