Al Ghurair Collection, the residential portfolio of Al Ghurair Development, has appointed Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) as the lead consultant and structural engineer, and Turner & Townsend as project management consultant for Wedyan, its waterfront residence on Dubai Canal.
Digital City Bahrain has signed up Brewer Smith Brewer Group as the design architect and lead consultant for Trio Park, the first phase of the key project coming up at the Beyon Campus in Hamala. It boasts three circular buildings of 39,000 sq m GFA with private internal courtyards as well as retail and F&B space.
