AJ Al Asmawi Group, one of the UAE’s largest independent family-owned conglomerates, has signed a musataha agreement with Dubai Industrial City (DIC) part of TECOM Group, to expand its operations within the district and introduce one of the UAE’s first oil rigs manufacturing and refurbishment facilities.

Dubai Industrial City, part of TECOM Group, has signed an agreement with Legend Holding Group, under which the latter will invest AED300 million ($81.69 million) to establish a comprehensive mobility and green energy solutions facility in the region’s leading manufacturing and logistics hub.
