Empire Developments has broken ground on its new residential project - Empire Lake Views - in Dubai. Strategically located between Dubai Silicon Oasis and Academic City, the luxury tower will rise across 31 floors and feature 634 apartments along with key amenities.
UAE-based Empire Developments has signed up Sinyar Al Khaleej Contracting for its mid-rise residential complex, Empire Livings, in Dubai Science Park. Set for handover in Q2 2027, the project will deliver 202 residences as well as modern retail spaces.
