Exus Renewables has agreed to acquire a 60% per cent stake in Masdar’s nine-wind-farm portfolio in Portugal, with Masdar retaining 40 per cent. The 144MW sites are being repowered to 164MW by 2027, supplying 200,000 homes and cutting 41.7kt of CO₂ annually.
Exus Renewables, a global energy solutions provider with a strong presence across Europe and North America regions, has signed an agreement with Abu Dhabi clean energy leader Masdar to acquire a 60% stake in a portfolio of nine wind farms in Portugal.
