Bilfinger has announced that it has secured a major contract from Shinas Marine Fuels to provide Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) consultancy services for the Phase 1 of its oil terminals project in Oman. The work includes provision of consultancy expertise to help define the project's technical and commercial framework.
