Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, said its Jumeirah Beach Hills (JBH) District Cooling Plant has been awarded LEED Gold certification by the US Green Building Council.
Kuwait Financial Centre (Markaz) has announced that the Al Nada Tower, a key residential building owned by its real estate fund MREF, has achieved LEED Gold certification.
