Mitsubishi Power, a power solutions brand of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), marked a major milestone in its six-decades long partnership with Saudi Arabia, with the inauguration of its first JAC gas turbine assembled in the Kingdom at its Dammam Assembly Facility.

He noted unprecedented demand for clean energy and stressed the need for systems ensuring the availability of electricity when sunlight or wind is not available.
Mitsubishi Power, a power solutions brand of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, has secured a major contract to supply advanced gas turbine technology for Qatar's Facility E Independent Water and Power Project (IWPP) in the Ras Abu Fontas area. It is expected to be operational in 2028.
