TotalEnergies has agreed to sell a 40 per cent stake in Nigeria’s offshore block OPL257 to South Atlantic Petroleum (SAPETRO), retaining a 50 per cent operated interest alongside SAPETRO and Conoil, which holds 10 per cent.
