Penspen, a major provider of engineering and project management services, has announced a record year for 2025, securing 65 new contracts worth $456 million across the Middle East and Africa region. These included project management supervision, FEED, consultancy and detailed design contracts.
Penspen recorded a landmark 2025, securing $500m in new contracts—120 per cent above 2024—on the back of activity across Middle East, Africa, Europe and Americas. Growth focused on energy infrastructure and transition programmes, including 65 Middle East and Africa contracts and 12 Saudi agreements covering studies, FEED and design services.
