Hassan Allam Holding has announced that its key subsidiary, Kortech, has won the MEP works contract from Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) for its premium Al Khobar Entertainment Complex. The scope of work includes an underground car park, family entertainment centre as well as a cinema.
Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly owned subsidiary of Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), has announced that SEVEN Abha, its first entertainment destination in the Aseer region, will open on Wednesday.
