Metito Utilities has announced that its consortium - with key partners Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE), and SkyBridge - has secured the contract for the development of the Hadda Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) project in the Makkah Province.
Kuwait has awarded a major contract worth KD999.8 million ($3.3 billion) to China State Construction Engineering Corp for the construction of North Kabd sewage plant. The scope of work includes design and build as well as operation and maintenance services for over a 10-year period.
