Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), a leading onshore financial and business centre, has announced that Shorooq Doha Advisory Services, an UAE-based investment company, has opened its new office within its premises. Shorooq had early this year launched a $200 million growth fund that targets late-stage and pre-IPO technology companies across the GCC.
