The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) has increased the maximum gross floor area allowed for homes in the Shuwaib National Housing Project to 900 sq m in co-ordination with Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, thus giving Emirati families greater flexibility to expand and customise their homes.
