Vallourec and Aramco have signed a new agreement to deepen their commercial, industrial and technological cooperation, strengthening a partnership spanning nearly 65 years. The companies first collaborated in 1962, with Vallourec supplying VAM connections for Oil Country Tubular Goods pipes.
Vallourec and Geostock signed an MoU to strengthen collaboration on infrastructure for the energy transition, focusing on hydrogen and carbon capture, utilisation, and storage, combining Vallourec’s tubular expertise with Geostock’s underground energy storage capabilities.
Vallourec, a leader in premium seamless tubular solutions, has secured a contract with Shell, following a competitive bidding process. The agreement covers the supply of OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) products and services for Shell’s offshore operations in the development of the Orca project, formerly known as Gato do Mato.
