Masdar and Tadweer Group signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to progress the development of the first commercial-scale Waste-to-Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project in Abu Dhabi.
Tadweer Group has broken ground on its new Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Abu Dhabi, being developed in partnership with environmental solutions company Urbaser. Set to begin operations in Q2 2028, the facility will combine AI and advanced sorting technologies to process 400,000 tonnes of waste per annum.
Leading Kuwaiti group Metal and Recycling Company has announced that it has signed a plastic waste management agreement with Equate Petrochemical Company, under which it will manage and recycle the plastic waste generated by Equate’s industrial operations.
