Al Mouj Muscat, Oman’s leading lifestyle destination, said it has handed over four completed buildings of Al Mouj Business Park to their owners. Spanning 39,000 sq m across eight mid-rise buildings in two districts, the Business Park features landscaped gardens and Grade A office space.
Saudi Real Estate Construction Company (Tamear) has announced that it has secured a major contract for a business park project in Al Narjis district in Riyadh. An integrated trading hub, it will feature office spaces, restaurants and landscaped green areas.
