Kuwait-based budget carrier Jazeera Airways said its board has decided to defer a dividend decision for FY 2025, citing uncertainty linked to the Middle East conflict. The move is intended to provide greater clarity on evolving conditions, including the timeline for operational normalisation in the country.
Dubai-listed Amlak Finance has announced that it has secured the investors' approval at the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) for distribution of cash dividends worth AED735 million ($200 million) to its shareholders for FY 2025. This comes following a sharp rise in its annual profit for the 12-month period.
Adnoc Drilling said it has won approval from its shareholders at the AGM for distribution of $1 billion dividends for FY 2025 and also 5% minimum increase to the 2026 payout. Adnoc has announced a target to distribute $43 billion in dividends across its six publicly listed companies through to 2030, subject to customary approvals, in addition to the $23 billion already paid since the first company IPO in 2017.
