BMI launches ‘eStatement’ service
Manama, April 15, 2012
BMI Bank has launched a new eStatement service providing its customers’ added value, anywhere/anytime convenience and a higher level of security through a password protected file that is sent to them via a secure email.
Jamal Al-Hazeem, chief executive officer of BMI Bank, said: “As a progressive local retail bank, we consistently look to provide our loyal customers with best-in-class products and services and I am pleased to introduce yet another new service that enables them to monitor their financial transactions in a convenient and secure environment.”
“This free-of-cost service, that has been designed electronically to duplicate the look and feel of a real statement, will be sent via a password protected email at the beginning of the customers’ prevailing statement cycle,” he said. “It can be downloaded and printed anywhere/anytime unlike the earlier method of having to wait for the statement to arrive via post.”
“At BMI Bank, we will continue to invest in enhancing our bouquet of products and services as well as delivery channels within the country through an enhanced branch and ATM network aimed at creating greater value for all our stakeholders,” Al-Hazeem added.
Customers looking to subscribe to the service can register online at www.bmibank.com or visit any branch, the statement said. – TradeArabia News Service
