Sobha launches Daffodil in Dubai

Dubai, October 18, 2007

India’s Sobha Group has launched its first residential project in Dubai, the luxurious Sobha Daffodil at Jumeirah Village.

Sobha Daffodil is a residential development comprising a four-storey front block and 10-storey rear block, housing 178 apartments.

“We are proud to announce the launch of our first residential project here in Dubai. Sobha Daffodil at Jumeirah Village promises to be another landmark addition to the Sobha portfolio, providing a high quality lifestyle at the heart of New Dubai,” said Ajay Rajendran, vice chairman, Sobha Real Estate.

“We are confident that our reputation for quality and on time delivery will make this a popular choice for investors and those looking to set up home in Dubai,” Rajendran said.

Sobha Daffodil will offer a range of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, all with high quality finishes.

Recreational facilities will include a Club House, barbeque area, children’s play area and a roof top health club featuring swimming pool, gymnasium, Jacuzzi, saunas, steam room and games room.

The $2 billion Sobha Group has already tasted success in Dubai. The company has two commercial projects under development within the high-status Business Bay district, both of which are already sold out.

The two commercial towers, Sobha Ivory I and Sobha Ivory II at Business Bay are mirror images of each other, creating yet another unique Sobha landmark. Each tower offers 12 storeys of high-tech office space with world-class construction, stylish design, optimum space usage, ultra-modern amenities, high speed internet connectivity and retail space. – TradeArabia News Service
