Dubai-based Fakhruddin Group has signed an agreement with Eon Circuit, one of the Middle East’s top home automation enabler, to support its real estate subsidiary Fakhruddin Properties.

Eon will integrate its smart home packages into the upcoming Grand Lagoons and Maimoon Towers realty projects.

Standard package will be installed with the option to be later upgraded or customised as desired by the customer.

The smart-home enabled Grand Lagoons and the Maimoon Towers residential projects are being developed on the Dubai Creek and Jumeirah Village South respectively.

The EON home automation solutions will feature integrated technologies for multiple lighting scenes, audio and video distribution, security camera surveillance, remote access to home systems, and environmental controls. - TradeArabia News Service
