Snasco a smashing success at Property Show
Dubai, February 20, 2008
Leading real estate and development firm Snasco has enjoyed resounding success at this year’s International Property Show which was held at the Dubai International Exhibition and Convention Centre this week.
The firm made use of this prime opportunity for the promotion of its current mega project, the Sharjah Investment Centre (SIC), which continues to gain momentum as construction of the centre progresses, with a large and impressive model on show at the firm’s stand at the exhibition.
“Exhibitions such as the International Property Show play a major role in the global prominence of this real estate market. This show has been an excellent platform for our continued promotion of the SIC, as well as facilitating the forging of significant ties among key industry players, and we look forward to future shows with excitement and in anticipation of further prosperity for the region’s property sector,” said chairman of Snasco and SIC Saleh Al Sorayai.
The firm announced a limited special offer on the second phase of the Sharjah Investment Centre project at IPS 2008, which lead to 60 per cent of this phase being sold out.
“We have been inundated with queries regarding the project’s location and features, as well as many questions regarding options available to foreign investors. I would like to express our thanks to the media, our investors and every visitor to our stand this year for their support and for placing their trust in us and in the SIC project,” Al Sorayai added.
The SIC, the first of its kind for the emirate, has generated immense public interest since its launch. The project, a gargantuan multi-purpose development features all the facilities and amenities required of a state-of-the-art business community, while its central location makes it one of the most sought-after business districts in the region.
The SIC stands for the integration of the economic and investment environment in
Sharjah, and will contribute to the creation of a healthier social and economic situation in the emirate. – TradeArabia News Service
