Emaar Morocco, the country subsidiary of Emaar Properties, will host the sale of beachfront villas and forest-fringing townhomes within its Tinja master-planned community in Dubai.

Open to all nationalities, the sale will be held on June 11, 2008, at the Downtown Living Sales Centre and will showcase a range of Aldea homes, which mark the first phase of Tinja.

Tinja is being developed as part of the Dh19.6 billion ($5.34 billion) memorandum of understanding (MoU) that Emaar Morocco signed earlier with the Moroccan government.

The 300 hectare (3,000,000 sq mt) development is near Tangiers, and easily accessible from the Ibn Batouta International Airport.

Aldea is a fully integrated residential community within Tinja offering residents the lifestyle experience of living along the Atlantic Ocean coastline. The community features a beach clubhouse and community centre with retail outlets and health and fitness facilities.
