Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group, has released a fresh set of residential and commercial space for sale, the third among 13 buildings to be offered to investors at the Dh6 billion ($1.6 billion) Bay Square.

The announcement follows the recent unprecedented sale of an entire building within Bay Square, the trendy community development within Business Bay, within a day, valued at over half a billion dirhams.

Starting from September 24, Dubai Properties began offering buyers 95 per cent financing on commercial space and 90 per cent financing on residential space for purchase of properties at the three-storey mixed use structure.

The trendy, mixed-use community within the Business Bay development will be a pedestrian zone, and include walkways over canals, a central plaza with unique water features, and a state-of-the-art gym.
